Privacy policy
Updated: 5 October 2026. Some arrangements still require confirmation before publication.
1. Data controller
The data controller is CYBER CONNECT, a SASU (single-member simplified joint-stock company). Registered office: 8 rue Garreau, 75018 Paris. General contact for your requests: contact@cyber-connect.eu. The nature and exact registration details still require confirmation. Historical texts also mention dpo@cyber-connect.eu; neither a designated DPO nor operation of that mailbox is confirmed. Please use the general contact in the meantime.
2. Data collected
The service processes account information (first and last name, email, company, job, account type and newsletter choice), profile answers, introduction, demo, assistance and registration requests, favourites and published contributions. Supplier declarations may include professional contact details, website, SIRET and VAT details. Administrators enter contacts and commercial data in the CRM, separately from registered accounts. Passwords are stored as salted derived hashes, never in plain text. Technical logs and security controls process request information, including IP addresses for rate limiting. V2 has no implemented online payment module or storage of card numbers, security codes or IBANs; a CRM opportunity amount is not a banking transaction.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Information supports account creation and security, requested features, handling requests and commercial relationships, displaying authorised profiles and contributions and auditing administrative actions. Delivery of the requested service and security measures are distinct from optional communications. The newsletter choice is recorded at registration; no marketing campaign engine or automated unsubscribe mechanism is identified in V2. Legal bases and arrangements for each processing activity still require validation. Simply browsing is not treated as blanket consent. No legitimate interest is invoked here to authorise analytics cookies.
4. Cookies and trackers
Cookies keep you signed in and remember your language preference. Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions. Cookie information explains their purpose, duration and how to delete or block them in your browser. Deleting or blocking the login cookie prevents you from staying signed in; public pages remain available. Browsing does not constitute consent to other uses.
5. Recipients and processors
Administrators access information according to their permissions; accounts and CRM contacts are not a public list. Supplier profiles and some contributions are public. Introduction requests are intended for the service and relevant participants. The supplied hosting provider is OVHcloud. Cloudflare supports Turnstile; confirmation, recovery and request emails use a configured SMTP relay. The complete provider list, their contracts and locations still require confirmation. No payment or analytics provider is claimed to be active in V2.
6. Retention periods
The login token expires 24 hours after issuance; the language cookie lasts 180 days after writing. The assistance form states 36 months after the last exchange, but implementation of this period still needs verification. Retention deadlines for accounts, other requests, commercial data, contributions, audits, logs and backups must be defined and confirmed. Historical periods of three years after deletion, ten years for billing and thirteen months for analytics are not presented as implemented in V2. Deleting a cookie does not delete database records.
7. Security
Passwords are stored as secure hashes, never in plain text. Access controls protect information reserved for account holders and administrators. You can sign out from your account area and delete your browser cookies. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact contact@cyber-connect.eu. Backup arrangements still require confirmation; no security certification is claimed here.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Send your request to contact@cyber-connect.eu or CYBER CONNECT, 8 rue Garreau, 75018 Paris. No appointed DPO is claimed. Internal identity checks and request handling arrangements still require confirmation; this page offers no automatic deletion. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
9. Transfers outside the European Union
The hosting provider’s address in France does not establish the absence of transfers outside the EU. Turnstile and the SMTP relay may involve providers whose processing, locations and safeguards require verification. The absence of transfers outside the EU is therefore not guaranteed here. Any transfers and applicable safeguards must be documented before final publication.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The published version states its revision date. This document informs you about processing and available arrangements; reading it or browsing Cyber Connect does not amount to blanket consent. Outstanding information must be completed before final publication.
